I weigh in anywhere from 1-2 times a day but I only record my weight once a week and that is on Monday which is my "official" weigh in day. I was weighing in on Friday but I have a tendency to overeat on the weekends so I changed my official weigh in day to Monday hoping that would curtail my heavy eating on the weekends. We'll see I guess.
I also use
www.sparkpeople.com. On there I can record my weight, exercise, etc. It helps me a lot and is fun to use.
