Prayers for my son

I don't post on here often though I grew up in a Christian home and still have faith in God. I'm just writing to ask for prayers for my young son. He's having some issues with school/not having a Dad and is just struggling very hard with these things. I've been praying but I know the power of prayer and would appreciate any additional prayers. He's the sweetest and doesn't deserve to hurt like this.

Happydaisy: I would be happy to pray for your son. I have five kids, four of whom we adopted. Our second youngest son has been having major issues also. I truly understand. God will give us peace and strength - I know this for sure - :grouphug:
Take Care~~

Prayers for your boy!

God said He'd be a Father to the fatherless, remind your boy (and yourself!) of that. :) Knowing someone who grew up without a father, she found this to be so true to her. Give your son a hug for me. He sounds really sweet. <3

I have said a prayer for both you and your son. I can empathize with your concern. I was a single mother of a daughter who (until 9) had no contact with her father. She did however, have "Father" relationships with my dad, brothers, other good male role models. When she was 12, I remarried a man with 3 kids. He is more of a father to her than her real dad. Even so, she still sometimes has issues about her birth father, however, she is well adjusted.

You sound like a very loving mother and raising your son in a Christian environment is important. Continue giving him that love and support and he will be fine. And, yes..........he does have a Father. The same one we all have. God is the ultimate.

Good luck.
