Found my way back...
 

Haven't been able to be on for a while, we are right in the middle of remodeling our home and I never thought it would be the mess it was/is. But it seems to be coming in order now and seeing the results are well worth it. And finally we have our office back and the computer all set up again. I have missed reading all the posts and will never be able to catch up, so I'll just have to start from tonites postings. I am doing well with my weight loss, since coming here I have lost a total of 14 pounds,been averageing a pound or so a week, I guess that is good.At this point I no longer miss or want the ice cream (which was my weakness), so i am pleased.Oh also got my gazelle, and really enjoy using it. Well time to run, more deliveries tomorrow so need to clean a path.
