i need more soport
i will work out but after a week or two i get bord and i lose my focust and i just stop and i gain again. it happend 3 times already, i just dont know how to stay compleatley focused any tips?
my goal is to lose 10 to 18 pounds and that is just my starting goal
if i get to lose that i would like to lose 10 to 15 more!! but that is why i joind this site my big sis says this is a awesome place to get all the sopport u need
