I am new here and am really struggling.

I need prayer and support. I know God is there and that he will answer. I just can't take it anymore! I suffer from depression and this whole weight issue is really bringing mr down.

I feel like my whole life is falling apart. I am killing myself inside. I have strayed away from God and need to get back on track. So much of my life is a mess.

Please pray that God will give me the strenth I need to get through this. I have 3 kids and I need to do this. I have to loose the weight and keep it off.

WANNAB ~ Prayers going up for you that GOD will rain down his Love and Peace into your heart, and mind, and soul tonight; so that you can know just how very much HE LOVES YOU and CARES FOR YOU!!! He knows that many of us are struggling with food and weight issues, and I believe He cares about this very much. I think that is why we have been led here (to 3FC's); to a place where we can give each other support, and with other believers too.

There are many, many folks here that have been successful ~ read their stories in the goal and picture and maintenance sections, and you will come away knowing and believing that YOU TOO CAN B HEALTHIER once again (and sexier too, if that is your desire).


DEAR FATHER ~ we ask for your MERCY & GRACE today -- so many of us are struggling with eating issues and weight problems that are causing us so much pain and struggle in our lives, making us feel so uncomfortable and sad. JESUS you said that you came to give us life, and that more abundantly ~ so please extend to us YOUR Strength, and Wisdom, and Knowledge, so that we can eat and live in a healthier manner, from this day forward. Help us resist those things that are not good for us, and show us what is best for each one of us. Please HEAL all our hurts; help us learn ways to DE-STRESS our lives; and RESTORE our good health once again -- we ask all this, in JESUS' precious name and we thank you Father ... Amen.
