8 week goal
 

Hello, My name is Jenny. I am starting a 8 week goal to get healthy.I have started many weigt loss programs in the past but this time I feel it could be differant. Slow and steady win the race.
I decide last week at my christian recovery group that I need a bigger God.
I decide to let him show me the way.
This week I have gotton a accountabilty partner, made a appointment with the shrink.( I am hoping to be shrunk to a size 10-12) LOL
Called the DR's for a check-up, called the nutruinest .
I am looking for support and accountabilty.
I will set a goal to go see the nutrinest, and shrink,and go to my support group for 8 weeks.I will write down everything I eat, I will record excerise.I will write in my journal Everyday!
