Scale Down

I'm brand new here ... I'd like to know if anyone is doing the Scale Down program. I'd love to help encourage each other. I have between 70 and 90 pounds to lose ... and I'm starting to feel a little hopeless :( ... I know support groups work, I just wish there was a live Scale Down program in my area. I have all the material to start a program, but I'd really like some success in my weight loss before I try to encourage others ... does that make sense? Anyway, hope to hear from you!

I am not familiar with this program. You can get support and encouragement here , no matter what program you are on.
