I always write in my journal at the beginning of each day, specifically I write prayers. Such as "God, help me to seek first your kingdom so that my cravings seem powerless." "God help me to take it one day at time." "God help me to realize that only you can fill me up and not food." It made me wonder what prayers help you with your daily weight loss. Thanks!

Thank you for presenting this. I had never thought of it this way. I mean actually speaking it out this way. The bible does say that He will give us the desires of our heart, what better way to achieve them than by always putting Him first. Words out of your mouth can be life or death, so I choose to speak LIFE to the situation and putting God first will do just that. Thanks again Today for helping to put this into perfect perspective.
