Take Back Your Temple
 

Well I've been gone for the past 3 months or so. I'll use moving to Cincinnati as an excuse!

I'm a Catholic and have struggled with my faith. The past few years I have been trying to rebuild it. I've also struggled with my weight. Driving to work the other day I heard a commercial for a weight loss program called "take back your temple" on a Christian music station. the idea is that your body is your temple-and you should honor it. Eat what God would want you to-move your body so that it can become what God intended it to be. There is a website with stuff to buy-but I thought I'd go it on my own. The principle is easy enough-it's just staying on track and motivated. Anyone available to offer support as I venture on this journey?
