Any spiritualists out there?

  • The header speaks for itself.
  • I am a spiritualist. Wow!! We can't be the only ones????
  • I'm not a spiritualist, but have been to spiritualist churches numerous times. Just want to say hi--there probably aren't many of you!
  • Hi there
Hi there, I don't go to any particular church but my beliefs are most aligned with the spiritualists. I'm heading out to work and have kids running around waiting for me to dress and feed them so.....feel free to visit my old blog at iamhaunted.com, this isn't actually my blog of choice any more LOL that is located at wolffpaw.com which is a site for women who are psychic/sensitivie or just generally interested in the paranormal. However, wolfpaww is member only so you wouldn't be able to get in. I guess it's a good thing I procrastinated on deleting the old one......anyway, I hope I fit into this group even though I don't attend a spiritualist church at the moment. If you don't think I'm in the right spot just say the word, no hard feelings, I'm new and trying to find my way around. Thanks!

blog is located at (www of course) iamhaunted.com/buggaboo
  • I, too, have spiritualist beliefs. I was born an Episcopalian and converted to Catholicism, my husband's religion, after I married. I've never been to a spiritualist church. I'll stop here. CAR73, thanks for the tip about wolffpaw.com.
  • Yes, I'm one too. Wow, I never expected to find others here! This is really nice.
  • Hi! I just realized today how ridiculous my answer was.
I could have given a little background. Sorry about that.
I never know what to call myself but the few times I've had to label myself, "pagan spiritualist" seems to fit me well. I grew up in a christian family but I never felt it was applicable to me. I was always drawn to occult and mystical things, always; even as a child. Without delving into a lot of my beliefs, I have never even attended a spiritualist church so maybe they would not like me using that term, but again it's what I feel fits. I am constantly aware of my late loved ones' presence in my everyday life and the help they give me. Sometimes I take it for granted, other times I realize how fortunate I am to have it, but it's always there. Anyway, I'm new to 3FC and looking for groups to join. I'd like to be a part of this one. Have a nice day!
  • I remember when my mom got a book from the library about Edgar Cayce and suggested that I read it. That book was the first step toward spiritualism for me.
  • Hi there.
I am not a Spiritualist, or anything really. I have my own beliefs. Which sometimes I dont even know what that is. lol
I have studied Buddhism, Spiritualism, Wiccan and some others and honestly I just get confused. I believe in a little of them all. I have never "committed". Maybe thats my problem with weight loss too. ??
Any insights on Spiritualism you can pass on since I am always interested in learning and finding meaning.
    Thanks.
