I am brand new and would like some support.
 

Hi my name is Asia and I am 20 years old. I have heard of many people who have lost their weight through faith, diet and exercise. I want very much to just be healthy and I believe i am well on my way. I would just like to have a few friends to share my journey with. I am a baptist and I am going to be a counselor at a camp this summer. I will see tons of friends and I wanna look good. My goal for that is to just be in the 150's. Totally attainable.
