I have started WW today and I have to so i am asking if everyone would say a prayer for me that i can stay on plan. i have a hard time because all i want to do is eat so it has been hard for me but with God's help i can do anything with him by my side.

I just did. Say a prayer for you, I mean.

Gracie, whenever you feel the urge to eat please:

1) call a friend and talk it out
2) talk to God, who will provide for all of your needs and does, if we allow Him to
3)get outside and take a walk if you feel overwhelmed
4) take a bath or shower---water is a great destressor
5)get plenty of rest
6)post here and often, we want to be your friends, confidants, buddies and whatever else to fill in the gaps so you don't have to do that with extra food

Keeping up with your points, cooking, and logging on here will keep you so busy you won't even notice you're hungry. We're all hungry...

I have said a prayer for you and will check here often to see how you're doing.

I'll pray for you. And to add to the tips pamatga offered, when you feel the urge to eat, read your Bible. We can't change ourselves, but the Word will change us.

Anything is possible with God.

Just know that he is with you at all times and when you think of food, think of Him. You're in my prayers sweetheart.
