Has anyone tried Dr. Smoot's Weight Loss God's Way program? It looks good & is faith based, which is something I'm looking for & the cost is reasonable.

The downside, for me, to many of these is reading. It would be great if there were an audio program. I travel about an hour each way to work & an audio one would be great. Does anyone know of an audio program?

you should check with your local library. they usually have tons of audio books and some even have media libraries online where you can download it to your pc (and sometimes even burn to a cd) for free.
