Looking for a diet buddy
I am looking for someone who would be interested in being my diet buddy. I am a 32 year old stay at home mom and I would love to find someone to share the good, the bad and everything else about losing weight and becoming a healthier person. Is there anyone out there who would be willing to share their experiences?

I would love to be everybody's diet buddy! We all need each others help.
Can someone give me some idea on what diet they have had good success with. I sorta don't know where to begin with so many diets out there. Years ago we didn't have so many diet choices. My weight didn't seem to effect my health before, but now that I am getting older an heavier, I can really see that my weight is bringing me down. Help! Your diet buddy, Tammy |
I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome and this makes dieting even more difficult, because you can't always eat leafy greens or too much fiber at once. Maybe someone knows what I might do to lose weight and at the same time control my IBS.

I would like to be a diet buddy joined about a month ago but just started getting on site need to loss 60 ponds by 6/14/2007 going to Cancun for 40th Bday and yes we can do all things through Christ who [U]strengthens us! So if you can help encourge me I will surely encourge you Msdd |
