I see you're fairly new to 3FC
...
I have no idea about the Orbitrek and haven't read about it on this site yet... But if you are working up a good sweat are enjoying your workouts then by all means it must be good for you. I would suggest that after a couple of weeks you bring up the tension a bit and do other workouts like walking and some weight training or stretch band workouts, and you will be getting as good a workout as at any gym...
