I'm kind of proud of myself for fitting this in before the Christmas Eve gathering even though I was dead tired from baking all day. Let's not talk about how many cookies I ate at the gathering, though . . . |
Christmas Morning - 45 min run/walk (and I did another mile! Its becoming a tradition when I am at my parents house)
Yesterday - nada. Damned 8 hour drive ate up the entire day. Today - 1 hr 15 min walk/jog - a bit slower than my usual pace, but I wasn't alone and was accomodating other people. Its ok, though, I took some jogging breaks and kept the HR up to an ok level. |
