Workout cds with motivational speaking!?!
 

I can't recall but I was constantly hearing about a workout cd that has a guy at different times telling u to pick up the pace and lower it and so forth. Yet, I can't recall the name of it. Does anyone know? Is there anything else with such a thing that is better or is it the best out there? I was trying to recall cause I wanted to buy it when I was at the store but can't find the darn thing not even online. When u need it u can't find it, I suppose.
