Exercise Accountability -- November

  • Where does the time go?!?!? Soon it's gonna be Christmas ... so let's make those pre-Christmas workouts mean something!!
  • I started off November with an hour and a half of exercise:

    60 min 4-mile walk DVD
    30 min strength training
  • 60 min high intensity on the elliptical.

    And I nearly died every time I lifted my arms.
  • I did about a 15 min walk on my break at work, then did 20 min of cardio type exercise just now.

    Tomorrow I will! Get to the gym! Or maybe friday.....
  • 45 minutes treadmill (hill intervals)
    50 minutes weight training (UB)
  • I took a 25 minute walk today for my break at work!
  • 11/1/06
    30 Min TM HIIT
    15 Min Stairmaster
    15 Min Treadclimber
  • Aerobics 32 minutes, Aquacize class 55 minutes

  • Treadmill: 34 minutes
    Elliptical: 20 minutes
  • Walked at mall 32 minutes

  • Walked 15 min at work, did 15 min of cardio/weights at home.
  • Yesterday - 55 min elliptical
    Today - 55 min elliptical, 45 min LB strength and abs.

    40 Min w/l Back, Legs, Biceps
    60 Min Boxing
  • yesterday: rest day
    today: 35 min elliptical; 20 min treadmill walk
  • YEsterday, did 20 min walk at work and 30 min of Taebo at home.
