Sore muscle rub?

I'm just wondering if anyone knew of a great sore muscle rub?:?: I tried IcyHot last night it was incredibly painful. My skin is really sensitive (I burn in the moonlight!). Any help would be mucho appreciated!!

I use Badger Balm (lemon and ginger muscle rub)

and also Lloyds cream for when I'm quite sore - that's great, but I'm not sure you can either of those Stateside :dunno: maybe try googling!

i never could stand the Hot in IcyHot...

i usually use Mineral Ice. Not sure how it would do, for such sensitive skin, but at least it doesn't have the heat. :)

We use Tiger Balm. It works great, and a little goes a long way. I have sensitive skin and haven't had a problem, yet.

I love the hot in icyhot, but if it's not for you, try Biofreeze - it works great too.

I don't like the hot in IcyHot either but have never heard of Biofreeze. That sounds good and so does the Badger Balm. I do like mineral ice.

Also good is Palmer's Cocoa Butter formula cream. It's not really for sore but is just very very soothing and nice on the skin. I especially like it for after swimming. :swim:
