Default HealthRider... anyone tried it?

I tried to search before posting but could not find much and really old stuff. But just wondering if anyone has tried the HealthRider Fitness rider... it looks like this:

I just got one at a yard sale for $16 so thought I would give it a try. It is really quiet so I can use it in my upstairs apartment. I read some reviews that said they are not much of a workout but it sure FEELS like it! I did it for a very short time on the easy setting and wow! I agree that it would not be good for a main or only form of exercise but wondering if anyone has had any experience with it and, if so, your opinions.

Thanks

I had one years ago. I think you are right about it not being good as the only form of exercise, but I did find it to be good for a little variety. You can hit different muscles by turning your feet outward, for example, to get your inner thighs. I also remember switching emphasis from legs to arms by pulling harder on the handle bars for a while.

Thanks, Kateful! I did find an instruction manual online which will be helpful! And I definitely need stronger arms which this should help with.
