Denise Austin on Lifetime...?

Does anyone here exercise while watching Denise Austin on Lifetime? It comes on here at 6:00am and 6:30am. I think one is Yoga/Pilates and the other is Aerobics.

I was thinking about TIVOing them in the mornings, so I can work out either at night or the next morning. Just wondering if they were very useful. I've never watched it or anything.

I do get the show at the same time, tried it for about a week, but I just can't get past her voice, mannerisms, etc. If you can take her, she's been around for a long time, someone must like her.

Well, I gave it a shot this morning. LOL I'm sure if anyone saw me through my dining room window, they were laughing. LOL I'm so uncoordinated!!!

Anyway, the biggest problem was that it was "step aerobics" and I don't have a step. She says you can still do it without one, but I don't really see how. I just felt like I was walking in place a lot and that's it.

I'll try again tomorrow though.
