Rugby!!!
So does anyone in here have any rugby expierence?I just started playing and its a great workout. I dont think I will gain weight because its mostly cardio, not really any lifting.
Thoughts? :) |
Yeah it's a great workout - I think it can get a bit rough though! I know a teeny tiny girl who got her front teeth knocked out playing rugby! :lol:
