I joined Curves and WW about the same time in mid April. At 5'2" and 200 lbs with Crohn's disease (digestive disorder) my health was a mess which included high trigylcerides and abnormal liver counts ewww. It was time to get me and my health together so I did!! So far I have lost 26 pounds 32 inches and 17% body fat. I know Curves does not have the best of hours but they do have the RIGHT equipment. You get cardio, strength and resistance ALL AT once. I am a professional and work full time, also a wife and mother so being able to get all the excercise I require in one 30 minute interval (3x a week) has worked wonders for me.
I need no way to go's etc...what I am trying to do is perhaps reach someone who may be struggling in their journeys. Take control of theirselves and their lives because no one else can do it for you but YOU!
NO, the results are not in yet because I have a goal to be 140 by January 1st 2007 and with using the math thats 1.6 pounds a week, easily done with smart eating and excercise, because I CAN!
