. You should also incorporate some weight training into you workouts every second day or so to make some lean muscles. Muscles burn fat even when you are at rest so the more muscle you have the faster your metabolism is and the more calories you will burn...
Or running a little then walking a little...get a heart rate monitor and try and keep your heart rate above 70% of max. Adding weight training is helpful, too...you'll be more toned as you slim down. Keep up the walking - just add more vigorous exercise as well.
