It's not HOT here, I'm making the most of it!
I've just been trying to plan out a 20 mile route for the weekend, at the moment I'm considering getting the train 20 miles out of town and running back along the canal, which should be nice and flat and traffic free, I'm just scared that even the train takes 25 minutes to cover the journey!
Tomorrow is meant to be a cross training day, but I might actually run if my knee's feeling good because I seem to have some energy back in my legs

Not a long or hard one, just a gentle little trot out.
