Fitness Challenge II
Hi guys!!
:welcome: This is the thread where we tell our goals for our fitness regimen or anything really...and we support each otehr and our goals as well as check to make sure we are working out. I ran yesterday-- alot for my cross country team which was hard I was teh last one in but I don't care. I FINISHED!! and I pulled some weeds and stuff. :)

yesterday I got in 30 minutes of biggest Loser Dvd and 10 min walking 1860-280=1580minutes to go for July |

I got a new job at Dunkin Donuts, at least I will be sick of it after a while and won't want to eat it! lol I am soooo sore yesterday I did 5 miles of running omg I have a huge blister on my foot :( but its worth it I guess |

I ran last night and again this morning. I decided mornings are a better time to run. But i ran about 3 miles of my 4 mile route. Working up to 10 for the army 10 milers (YIKES) |

Kristen-I can never work at a food place ever again. I have no self control whatsoever. good luck at your new job!! I only did 20 minutes of walking yesterday. Today's plan is for more walking, since I didnt get up early enough to do a dvd. I'll try tomorrow morning again. 1860-300=1560 minutes to go for July (I'm slacking!!!) |

Kriten- good job with all the workout... I havent really felt inspired to work out, but i did make a point of starting on Monday everyday except weekends for 30 minutes! Hope all of you have a great weekend! |

Alright i'm in! I walk a mile every night. My goal is to walk a mile every night, but 2 miles at least one night. I also want three days of excersise tapes... and two at the gym. That's a lot to take in, but I need it. That said... off to do my tape!

Mzthang77- You can join whenever you want, you are here to do your personal best not compete, because we are all at different levels of fitness. So go for it, start working out!

kristen-how's the job going?? hope it hasn't been too tempting! Welcome mzthang! Chasing amy-good for you getting your walks in. send some of your motivation to me. I haven't been able to get off of my butt!! I haven't excercise in awhile now. I really need to start doing the morning workout because I get way to lazy in the afternoon. I'm going to have to try to wake up at 6am tomorrow...again. good luck to all of you with your workouts!! |
I need a kick in the rear. I belong to Curves, I have an elliptical machine and recumbent bike at home. I was doing so well in previous weeks but this week I am just being plain lazy. I need to work towards something..Any insight on what makes you guys do it?

My personal challenge is 4 miles a day. I started with 1 then went up a mile each week now I am at 4. The only way I keep myself going on it is how good I feel once my body warms up and the Portable DVD Player on the shelf in front of me and the movie playing helps keep my mind off the work. I just look at it as my chance to watch parts of a movie without the kids asking "Why, How, Who,When, and all those other questions small kids ask during movies. Takes me about 2-3 workouts to watch a movie BUT I am excited about getting on the treadmill to watch the next part of the movie :)

My goal
Go to Curves 3 days a week Do cardio at least 5 days a week for 30 minutes(I dont like Cardio) I am going to start with these and see how I do. I dont want to overwhelm myself. |

I went MIA but i am back!!! I need lots of kicks in the @$$...have been as lazy as lazy can be!!! HAVENT worked out forever...we you call FLAB... well got lots and lots of those!!! |
