Exercise Challenge - June
Hey ladies I am starting a new thread on here for anyone who wants to
excerise and better their personal best for fitness. Lets get together and support each others exercise goals. Here are the ideas: 1. Plan your excersise for the month:carrot: 2. Write down one or more goals you wnat to achieve by end of month 3. Write down and affirmation that can help motivate you to exercise. 4. Be honest with your self and feel free to talk about a problem with the ladies (or gents) on the thread. <3 Kristen |
I am in. I have not done any exercise in three months. So I need help. Posting is new for me but I need the support. My goals will be to exercise at least three times a week. I know I will feel better when I do this. My challenges is the "Just Do It" factor. I have so many opprotunities to exercise and really have no excuse. I will keep up with this thread and report back.

I'm in too! It's been awhile since I exercised regularly as well, and like Jomamma, I have no excuse! My goal is 4 times a week for 30 minutes at a time. What type of rewards do y'all suggest? :?:

Like both of you I ahve not exercised and have no excuse! Its time for me to change that so I feel better. I am so excited for us to get moving! My goals: To walk almost everyday to watch my eating habits |
Count me in - my goal is 25 days of at least 20 minutes of exercise. I am trying to work on consistency and so far it's working.
