Still alternating the C25K program with toning video every other day. Start Week 3 tonight on C25K. After I graduate from the C25K it will be time to add weights to the toning day, I guess.
Only day that I did not get a daily workout done was Saturday. Got in late from ballpark and electricity was out due to storms. Don't want my family to think I'm totally crazy doing crunches by oil lamp
