So Sad- My fitness instructor left!
 

Went in for Monday abs last night and as we are all sitting around talking -waiting on our guy- when in walks in the director of the club. He can see the panic in our eyes. He proceeds to tell us that do to some personal issues the usual trainer will no longer be working there. It is a very small club and he was a main draw becasue the classes were great! Now to be honest I am scared with what they will do. The director told us that they would be "testing out" some replacements and to be sure and give him feedback. I know this may seem silly but does any one have any advice out there?:(

Sorry to hear about losing your trainer. I would keep an open mind about the ones that will be auditioning for the spot, though. You never know...you may get someone even better!

Have you thought about asking the club for the contact info of the tranier?
