If you can manage the morning workout it is a good idea. I myself have morning sickness every morning (I’m not prego or anything, I just feel sick because it’s morning
) and haven’t been able to make it to the gym before work more than a handful of times. Me and 5am just don’t get along. I take everything I need for the gym with me to work and I go right away as soon as I leave the office and get it done. I also enjoy the gym on weekends as I don’t feel rushed and can take my time. I'm more motivated when I go to classes. I’ve been going to yoga, pilates, water aerobics, and plan to give spinning a try sometime this month.
Everyone is different, but whatever you do find a way to
just do it!
