Curves book
 

Well when I went to Curves today and asked about their book, they said you can get the book for free if you recommend 3 people to try their one week trial membership. I don't even know if I know 3 people to ask. I am dissapointed as I was hoping to buy it.

I work at Curves and you can go to their website and purchase the book without joining or referring friends. The book that is sold in book stores is not the book that is used in a Curves location for the weight loss class, but it's pretty close.

Can you direct me. I went to the Curves homepage and it kept directing me to a free trial but no where to purchase a book.

The also sell the book in Barnes/Nobel.
What curves location are you going to? I manage the local curves here and I can put a call into your club to see if I can have them put aside for you.
