woohoo!

  • I just got done riding my exercise bike ... which has been put on the back burner a lot latley. But I figured I'd hop on today and ride for a half hour.

    Well, it has the mile tracker, time tracker, and calories burned tracker.

    I rode ELEVEN AND A HALF miles in 30 minutes!!!

    My legs are gonna HATE me tomorrow ... but I am going to LOVE the outcome!

    My WOO HOO is I finally lost 10 pounds!
