I have the Urban rebounder brand (bought from HSN about 125.) with the springs..originally bought the cheapy one with elastic from walmart and hurt my back!, I have standard ceilings and don't worry about hitting a light fixture (but i could see the dust better)...no I wouldn't jump rope indoors on it.

I just got a catalog from Gaiam and they have a mini-tramp with a bar to hold onto. Gaiam has good quality stuff--check out their website.

I did, it looks almost like mine...except for the color...I *think* the Urban Rebounder might be a bit larger (45") and it supports over 350 lbs. I paid about $125? and the S&H was free that day.

I like that I can keep my HR up in the 80% zone, so I'm getting a good workout but my knees & back aren't ready for traction. I used it this morning (to some hard rock CDs)...and the cat was napping on it when i left home.

Your cat uses it as a bed too? Why I buy them beds I just don't know...they're either on the rebounder or on a plastic bag. Crazy cats.

one of the cats sleeps on it....the other one sleeps under it....they can "see" eachother through the black mesh...I bought them beds too, it's a joke, they prefer MY bed....(its a tempur-pedic!)
