Hey!
I'm here...lurking..how embarassing...I feel so bad! I have been eating so much better..mostly veggies and fruits. I'm back to chomping on carrots too. I have some now.
I'm back to my old second shift...and my old weight!  It's so terrible. One of these days I'll learn my lesson! As for now, it's one day at a time.
Soon, my classes will start again and I'll be on my schedule with exercise, etc. As of right now, I'm going crazy!
Hope you all are doing well.

I hate to be alone
I just came back from my 10 mile walk...it has been several days since I walked with it being so hot and we had to make a 2 day trip to Florida to sell a condo. Was it ever hot there!! Now I can get back in my routine. Hope you check in more often now...,
Looks like I am HOME ALONE again!
