Haha nice, won't consider doing one of these. I've read an article about Weightlifting to lose weight which got my mind blown actually, never knew that weightlifting is that effective when it comes to weight loss. But, are these pros of weightlifting really true? I'm not sure about that.

For me, low intensity has shown no results. HIITis really challenging, but I'm finally seeing real results!

Doing some form of physical activity each day is smart when you're trying to slim down. But if you want to lose weight, repeating the same workout mode, intensity, or duration day after day won't work.

Shoulder join is really complex, and the exercises in which shoulder is involved must be done with proper posture, otherwise it can be result in injury.
