Finally asking for workout advice!

Hi everyone!! Okay, so I've finally found something that I really enjoy doing. Tae Bo!! I hated it when I first started losing weight because I couldn't keep my balance and it was too intense. Now, I love it and I have the Boot Camp series, the Fat Blasting series and Tae Bo Cardio.
I've finally started exercising regularly again!
So, what I've been contemplating is how exactly I should be breaking up my work outs. The Boot Camp is more toning, I think, but my heart rate is up and I sweat like a pig. So, could it be considered cardio? I use the resistance bands with all of the work outs.
So, my question for you all is that I need some help deciding on a routine. I'd like to be working out 5-6 days per week. Should I just do a different Tae Bo video every day? I know that once it gets a little warmer out I will want to get outside and walk/jog. So, I was figuring that when that does happen, I can walk/jog every other day and do the Tae Bo in between. How does that sound?
Also, the resistance bands can be quite difficult to use after a while. Should I stop when I feel like I can't go anymore? I mean, sometimes I really strain to finish the reps and Billy Blanks is all, "Pump it!", and I do try my best! LOL I just don't want to hurt myself!
All in all, I want to keep the weight off that I lost, tone up and maybe lose some more fat...especially from my belly which seems to be holding on to that last bit of extra pudge!!
Thank you in advance for any help that you can give me!!

I love TAE-BO! When I first started my weight loss journey those were the first tapes I used. I think I owe them all. What I did was that I did a different tape each week. You can try that and see how it works for you. And, if the bands are too much, dont do too many reps. You dont want to hurt yourself. Hope this helps!
