Miles: 5.2 TOTAL: 254.8 Had an OK day yesterday. The waffle iron broke down when I was making breakfast. We went to town to run some errands, and I forgot to get a new one. We don't use it that often, but I really DID mean to get one. The kids each got a new "toy". DD got a new bike and DS got a new skateboard, each purchased with their OWN money! needless to say, we didn't see much of them when we got home, as it was a gorgeous spring day! I just barely got in my 10000 steps--thanks in part to a 2 mile WATP. This is a busy week and we're down to 1 vehicle while hubby's truck is fixed. Appointments and meetings everyday but Friday, will keep us hopping. Hopefully that will make it easier to get to 10000 each day, though I will still do at least 1 fitness mile to keep my streak going. Hope everyone has a great week! Michele :wave: |

Miles: .50 (estimated) I didn't get an official walk in this week end but with all the walking I did at work and cleaning up around the house I figured at least 1/2 mile. I adjusted my weight tracker against my new scale, 270lbs. and Saturday morning it showed 267, 3lbs!!!! Yeah! That's what I've needed to stay motivated. A new week, a stronger mind set to keep walking!!! Have a great one!!! |

I had a good day today. Got out and did some walking. I figured I better do it today because I think it is going to rain all day tomorrow and I probably won't get out to walk if it is going to be t-storms. I'll try to do some walking around the apartment or something. Trying to stay away from the birthday cake in the kitchen. There's only 4 pieces left and I don't want to be the one that eats them. I am just going to have to remind the hubby to eat some of it.

:drool: Looking at the cake, Misti. But I brushed my teeth and called it a night. The only thing that is going into my body now is water.:D But tomorrow is another day. Well, I guess it is today for me. :lol: I am going to make the hubby eat some tomorrow. Maybe I should make him take the rest of it to work with him. I am sure there is someone there that would want to have a piece of cake. ;)

Good Morning!
Just popping in to say hi! I'm not doing very good motivation and exercise-wise at the moment, so someone give me a kick in the butt, please. I'm just feeling like ugh.... Not sick so much as discouraged, and tired of fighting an endless battle about my house. I'm trying to get everyone back into a routine that works with me working, and the house to stay clean, but hubby won't lift a finger to clean.. Which I wouldn't mind if he would just not make a mess, or complain if something is dirty. With 3 kids and a dog, I just want him to be an adult and not another kid to clean after. Oh well.... I'll live.. Hope everyone else is doing great, and staying motivated. If I don't get off my bum, I'm never gonna reach my goal for the month.
