Ok, I walk most days of the week so I might as well join in here! I am in Idaho Falls, ID. Unfortunately we have rather long winters here so I only get to walk outside from about April - Oct, but I will add my miles in until I have to head back indoors to the aerobics tapes!

Hi, may I join? I'm a newbie and I'm just starting to use the Walk-Away the Pounds videos, but that would be five more miles a week and more as I get used to moving again . . . I'll also get a pedometer and add the normal walking too . . . thanks for considering it . . .
