Hi, may I join? I'm a newbie and I'm just starting to use the Walk-Away the Pounds videos, but that would be five more miles a week and more as I get used to moving again . . . I'll also get a pedometer and add the normal walking too . . . thanks for considering it . . .

I think you must be thinking of a different thread and challenge.. you are welcome to join us in this one but it is a walking challenge.... we are almost to Seattle and are now planning to head down the coast to San Diego and back around the US the long way. :) At least that is my understanding...

Hi gals! I'm ready to finally join a challenge:). So we count all the steps we walk in a day (including exercise)? Just checking before I start!

Great, pixiefalls... welcome! Some of us do it both ways. I wear a pedometer and count all my steps; some just count their exercise. I figure I walk 'em I count 'em. :) So whichever you want to do is fine.
