Well, for starters, YOU probably won't notice it first. Even though I've lost 50 pounds, it doesn't really seem like it to me, although it's obvious to everyone around me...
You'll FEEL the difference after a couple of weeks, but to SEE the difference...well, that's different for everyone. Just keep at it and eventually YOU'LL be able to tell that you are kickin' butt too! :) |
When I started exercising for 50 minutes each day and eating about 1700 calories a day (I used to eat 2300 and up) I lost too much weight for the first 2 weeks (from 117 to 110). I think it must be different for everybody. My sizes dropped and I couldn't lose that much so quickly because I was afraid that I would gain it all back if I did. So I lessened the amount of exercise. You might want to do a 45 minute workout each day if you really want to see some changes. Usually it takes weeks before you'll get any noticeable change!
