Don't know if this is the right place....
I picked up Leslie Sansones book Walk away the pounds yesterday at walmart...and a pedometer. The book is like a 6 week program which i am going to start on monday....I think i've seen some people on here mention this program before but I looked and couldn't find anything. It looks like it might be good to get me back on track...anyone have any success with it?? As far as the pedometer....I bought a inexpensive one that doesn't work very well so i will have to spring for a better one soon.
