Had a minor set-back this week...
On Thursday, which is one of my normal workout days at the gym, I slipped and fell on some ice and just about gave myself whiplash! I was ok, but awfully sore. I skipped working out for the first time in 2 months. When I went to workout today, I felt that extra day.
I have my next weigh in on Monday. I don't know what to expect. But I have a feeling that I'm starting to plateau. I am going to need to spice things up a bit. Add more weight to my reps or vice versa. I have set these goals for myself: I weight 177 today (as far as I know). By:

Well I guess I was too hard on myself because I lost another 6 lbs. :) YAY!
