OK - I know it's CRAZY but last night I did the Low Intensity workout on BL DVD and the for some reason I attempted to do the BOOT CAMP. Needless to say after only a week and a half of doing the DVD I did not make it through the Boot Camp. That Boot kicked my butt! I had not even viewed it before and I still don't know what happens in the end because I just turned it off and went straight to the cool down. I would never make it at the ranch.!!

Yes you will..LOL!! You just have to keep on doing it..you can do it!
