Podfitness - personal trainer on your Ipod!
 

I came across this website while searching for some good exercise tunes. Podfitness.com (http://www.podfitness.com/home.php) - launches in March/2006. You can dowload customized persosonal training sessions right onto your Ipod. There's a demo on the website. Sounds interesting, thought I'd share! :carrot:

It sounds pretty cool! I wonder how much it will cost though. If it's fairly cheap I may try it. I've been stuck in a rut, it would be nice to just be told what to do!
