The advantages to a higher intensity exercise definitely outweigh a lower intensity exercise. But you can decide for yourself, I’ve listed some pros and cons below.

High Intensity:
Pros
-Strengths heart
-increases capacity of lungs
-burn more calories faster
-increase metabolism

Low Intensity:
Pros
-burns more fat

Cons
-Takes much longer to burn calories
