O.K. I am moving everyday now. I walk for 30 minutes as well as doing strength training at the gym. I am getting tired of all the music I have and need some ideas.
If there was only one song you could listen to what would it be? Whatmusic makes you want to move and get up and get going?
I need some inspiration and ideas! Help please!

I have a lot in my MP3 player, and I just queue enough for the time I'm exercising. A couple of slower songs to warm up, some lively ones for the actual workout, and a couple more slow ones to cool down. Different songs each day keeps things fresh.
