If so ---- how much of it did you do every day, or how often? Which workouts? I assume it was done along with healthier eating..?
I am only at this now into my second week, but I tend to obsess over the exercise as I become more conditioned. In other words, only after 10 days or so, I get less winded, etc. so I feel like I need to do 2 workouts back to back, or twice a day.
The Body Sculpting DVD at 45 min. or so makes me sweat my butt off and I love it! Then I am tempted to do a cardio one after that but am afraid to burn myself out.
So, what worked best for you? I'm only looking for a safe 1-3 lbs. a week weight loss..

Did you find that it took a lot more to get you winded after you were conditioned? Did you do MORE at that point? I feel like I am not going to get a good enough workout unless I do.
