Fitness videos at the library
 

My library has fitness videos! :carrot:

I'm not sure why this never crossed my mind, but I walked past them last week and went "Wow! This is great!"

It's exactly what I needed to mix up my exercise routine, try a few new things, and get through the wintertime slump. Now that I'm converted, I feel a need to shout from the rooftop:

Check out the fitness videos at your library!

And if your library doesn't have 'em, they might be able to interlibrary loan a few for you.

Yeah I love my library they have a huge collection of new dvds to rent for free...and they have a good selection of fitness videos too!!....
