Dynamic Hatha Yoga
 

Hi, I don't usually use this forum but figured you'd be the best people to ask!!

I've seen a class for 'dynamic hatha' yoga. Does anyone know about it and what kind it is? I've done Vishnaya (excuse the spelling) in the past and loved it.

I'm probably going to give it a go anyway but wanted to know what to expect.
