Exercise Heartburn?
Maybe I'm just odd, but lately, I've been getting heartburn whenever I do cardio (or at least cardio with higher intensity). I always wait for at least an hour after eating... I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, or what is going on??? :dizzy:
Does anyone else have this problem? I can take an antacid right after I finish my workout and I feel better almost instantly, but is there something I can do to prevent it? :?: Thanks in advance for any and all advice :thanks: |
I don't know, but I think it would be worth asking your doctor about, just to be on the safe side.
